Sally Knapp is an editor with more than fifteen years of experience in publishing, nonprofits, and the arts. Over the course of her career she has project-managed, copyedited, and proofread hundreds of publications.
She is currently a production editor at Penguin Random House, focusing on complex nonfiction titles such as cookbooks. Formerly she edited academic journals for the College Art Association and photobooks for Aperture Foundation; she has also worked at Abrams Books, Overlook Press, and as a stroopwafel baker at The Good Batch.
